Retaking Your Exam

If you do not pass your exam first time, you can resit your exam, either via our NEW Virtual (Remote) Exam Invigilation, or in person at an Authorised Testing Centre.   Our administrative fees for exam marking and issuing results for your first time, are included with your classroom or e-learning course.

Exan Administration Fee (Retake):

• COB Certified E-Commerce Manager Exam - $380
• COB Certified E-Business Manager Exam - $380
• COB Certified Digital Marketing Manager Exam - $380
• COB Certified E-Commerce + E-Business Manager - Special Dual Paper Exam -$510
• COB Certified E-Commerce + E-Business Manager + Digital Marketing Manager - Special Multi-Track Paper Exam - $675
• Extention Exam - Adding a second or third certification to your existing certification $380

Fees for Sitting the Exam (Exam Invigilation):

• Exam Invigilation Fee direct to Authorised Testing Centre (ATP)* - Fees vary $50-$250 depending on testing centre OR
• Live Virtual (Remote) Exam Invigilation Fee direct to the Digital Skills Authority - Fees $185 Single Certification Exam, $250 Dual Certification Exam

*If taking your exam in person at an Authorised Testing Centre, once you have paid our exam administration fees, we'll issue you with a your unique COB Certified candidate number with eligability to book an exam with your chosen ATP

 

Exam Adminstration & Virtual (Remote) Exam Invigilation Package

IF you are retaking your exam and wish to sit your exam remotely from your own computer and Virtual (Remote) Exam Invigilation, please purchase a Virtual Exam Retake Package, which includes both the Digital Skills Authority's Exam administration fees and virtual (remote) exam invigilation fees.
